From exploring the bustling streets of Hanoi to trekking through the picturesque villages of Sapa and cruising along the stunning Ha Long Bay, each day promises unique experiences and unforgettable memories. Day 1: Arrival Ha Noi - Food Tour

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver will greet you at the pickup lobby. Following a 40-minute journey, you will be taken to the hotel in Hanoi city center for check-in. Please note that the standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.


The street food tour menu is customizable and can be adjusted to suit your preferences. Below are some of the popular options you may come across:

Day 2: Ha Noi - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village

6:00 – 6:30: Start your journey by being picked up from your hotel in the old quarter or bus station. Board the sleeping bus for your trip to Sapa.

 

7:30 – 11:45: Travel along the Highway to Lao Cai city with a break for comfort.

 

11:45 – 13.15: Continue your bus journey on the mountain road towards Sapa Town. Along the way, admire the beautiful scenery of the valley with terraced fields.

 

13:15 - 13:30: Arrival at Sapa Town, where you will be greeted by the colorful traditional costumes of H’Mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people.

- Receive a welcome drink and a briefing on the itinerary

- Indulge in a lunch featuring local Vietnamese dishes

 

14:15: Take a short drive to Y Linh Ho, then embark on a trek through rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai, where you can witness the breathtaking landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Proceed to Ta Van village, home to the Dzay Ethnic People, in the late afternoon.

 

The trek covers a distance of approximately 9 km and lasts for 3.5 hours

 

17:45: Check in at the homestay; get acquainted with the Dzay People's family. Enjoy the mountain lifestyle at sunset. You can participate in cooking local dishes with the family and savor a peaceful dinner.

In the evening, you can mingle with other tourists at a nearby local bar with music. Spend the night at the homestay.

Day 3: Medium Trek from Ta Van Village to Giang Ta Chai

8:00: Enjoy a family-prepared breakfast to kick off the day before embarking on an exciting new trekking adventure.

 

8:45: Continue your journey to the rice paddies for a picturesque photo session of the stunning landscapes; traverse the bamboo forest; pause to admire the panoramic view of Giang Ta Chai village – the residence of the red Dzao People.

 

11:00: Cross the Giang Ta Chai Bridge on foot to reach the main road, where a bus will be waiting to transport you back to Sapa Town.

The trek covers a distance of approximately 4 kilometers and takes around 2 hours to complete.

 

 

12:00 – 14:00: Upon arrival at the hotel, enjoy a welcome drink, savor a delicious lunch featuring Vietnamese cuisine, and complete the check-in process.

 

14:30: Embark on a brief stroll to the entrance of Cat Cat village, the home of the Black H’mong ethnic group, situated near the base of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Your local guide will provide insights into the daily life of the villagers, lead you down to the valley floor to visit the waterfall where a Hydraulic Power Station was constructed by the French, and pause for photos at the bridge and waterfall. You will then ascend uphill to meet the bus for the return journey to Sapa later in the afternoon.

 

16:30: Return to Sapa Town. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel, where evening activities are available.

Day 4: Freely Explore Sapa Town Then Get on Bus Back to Ha Noi

7:30 – 12:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and have free time to explore Sapa town on your own. Check-out (You also have the option to take the cable car to the top of Fansipan at your own cost)

 

12:30 – 13:00: Have lunch and leisure time on your own.

 

13:30: Gather with all group members at the hotel to prepare for the journey back to Hanoi.

 

14:00: Board the bus for the return trip to Hanoi with two rest stops.

 

20:30 – 21:00: Arrive and drop off at your hotel in Hanoi

Day 5: Ha Noi - Ha Long Bay

Breakfast, lunch/dinner


08:00 – 08:30: Pickup time for transfer


11:30 – 12:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor


12:00: Boarding the main boat via tender. Begin your journey on Le Journey Cruises

Receive a warm welcome aboard Le Journey Cruises! As you savor the welcome drink, our cruise manager will provide a briefing on the cruise and safety instructions. Following this, you will proceed to check in at your cabin.


13:00: Indulge in a Fantastic Lunch


Enjoy a delightful lunch while Le Journey Cruises – Luxury Cruises sets sail through the stunning Ha Long Bay – an extension of the renowned Ha Long Wonder, known for its tranquility and fewer visitors. The cruise will pass by iconic landmarks such as Finger Island, Candle Island, and the myriad of uniquely shaped limestone formations and islands.


15:30: Visit Tra Bau Floating Village


Option 1: Swim at Ba Trai Dao Island


Option 2: Embark on a small boat to visit the fishing village named “Tra Bau” and partake in a kayaking adventure to explore the Tra Bau area – a famous filming location for Kong Skull Island (King Kong) in Quang Ninh in 2018.


17:00- 18:00: Sunset Party, Happy Hour, and Cooking Class


Return to Le Journey Cruises and unwind on the cruise. Witness the enchanting sunset in Lan Ha Bay. Experience the magical ambiance of sunsets, not just the colors but the emotions, the vibe, and the climate. Delight in our “Sunset Party” and “Happy Hour Deals”.


The cooking demonstration is an onboard activity that allows passengers to not only taste exquisite cuisine but also gain insight into Vietnamese culinary traditions. The Cruise Chef will demonstrate and guide you on preparing Vietnamese traditional dishes like fresh or dried spring rolls, and/or carving various vegetables and fruits.


19:00: Enjoy a Deluxe Dinner


Relish delectable local cuisine prepared and served by our exceptional onboard catering team, while admiring the stunning night view of Lan Ha Bay.


21:00 – 23:00: SPECIAL ACTIVITIES


Engage in overnight activities on board such as squid fishing, savoring fabulous drinks at our bars, watching movies & karaoke, indulging in spa therapy, or simply relaxing in your room

Day 6: Ha Long Bay - Ha Noi

Breakfast, lunch


06:00 - 7:00: Start your day with a light breakfast on Le Journey Cruises while admiring the breathtaking karst towers. Enjoy tea, coffee, and a light morning meal amidst the serene and refreshing atmosphere.


08:00: Begin your Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay exploration.

Visit the Dark and Bright cave, famous for its unspoiled natural beauty and captivating seascape. Immerse yourself in the stunning local scenery, partake in Bamboo Boating or Kayaking to fully appreciate the charm of the Limestone Mountains and the clear sky of Lan Ha Bay.


09:00: Return to the boat for check-out.


10:00: Savor brunch as our Cruises gracefully sails through the emerald waters, passing by numerous Karst Mountains on the way to the Harbor.


11:00 – 11:30: Travel back to Tuan Chau Harbor from Hanoi.


15:30: Upon arrival in Hanoi, our guide will take you on a food tour. Following the tour, you will be accompanied back to the hotel for check-in.


At the day's end, we will drop you off at your hotel or Noi Bai Airport.


Note: International flights require passengers to be at the airport 3 hours before departure, while domestic flights require 2 hours.
